These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and bookings made with Go Ayodhya, NH 28, Deokali Bypass, Opposite Hotel Panchsheel, Ayodhya Dham, Uttar Pradesh 224001. By confirming a booking with us you accept these terms.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices per person and may vary with travel dates, hotel category, group size, transport mode and availability. The final price is the one confirmed in writing by our team before you pay. Any amount quoted is valid for the period stated in that confirmation.
A booking is confirmed when we receive the agreed advance and issue you a booking reference. The remaining balance is payable on arrival in Ayodhya unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer to the account details we share with your invoice.
Where a tax invoice is requested, taxes are charged at the prevailing rate and shown separately on the invoice. Please verify the amount and the payment address with our team before transferring funds.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on the policies of the hotels and transport operators already booked for you, which are often non-refundable at short notice. Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change so we can minimise charges.
Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.
Temple timings, darshan arrangements, weather, road conditions, transport schedules and government restrictions can change at short notice. Where this happens we will offer the closest available alternative. We are not liable for costs arising from events outside our reasonable control.
