1. Who we are

Go Ayodhya (“we”, “us”) is a pilgrimage travel service based at NH 28, Deokali Bypass, Opposite Hotel Panchsheel, Ayodhya Dham, Uttar Pradesh 224001. You can reach us at goayodhya@gmail.com or +91-8400808200.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, booking request or partner application, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number (and email address, if you provide one)
• Your travel date, number of pilgrims, package preference and any notes you share
• For confirmed bookings: payment reference numbers and, where you upload one, a payment screenshot
• Basic usage analytics — page visits and clicks on our WhatsApp and call buttons

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payments are made directly through your own UPI application or bank transfer.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To arrange hotels, transport, guides and darshan assistance for your yatra
• To send booking confirmations and important updates about your trip
• To keep our internal records of bookings and payments
• To understand which pages and packages are useful so we can improve the site

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Sharing with service providers

To deliver your yatra we share the minimum necessary details (typically name and number of pilgrims) with the hotels, transport operators and local guides involved in your booking. We also use third-party providers for website hosting, transactional email delivery and file storage, who process data on our behalf.

5. Retention

Booking and payment records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiries that do not convert into bookings are retained for a reasonable period so we can follow up, and are then removed.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to goayodhya@gmail.com. Where you have asked us to contact you on WhatsApp, you can stop that conversation at any point.

7. Changes

If we update this policy we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised policy.
